Delicious Hazelnut Pralines!

I just received my order of Hazelnut Pralines and they are absolutely incredible! The flavor is so rich and the texture is perfect. I was looking for a special treat and Carian's Bistro delivered. Will definitely be shopping here again for holiday gifts, and I've already told my sister she needs to try these. Such a delightful experience!

Mostly happy with my order

I purchased a Luxury Gift Basket for a client. The selection of chocolates in the basket was impressive, especially the Caramel Chocolate Assortment, which was a big hit. The presentation was also very elegant. Shipping was reasonably fast, arriving in four days, and the tracking updates were helpful. My only minor gripe was that one of the ribbons on the basket was a bit creased upon arrival, probably from transit. It wasn't a huge deal since the chocolates were the main event and tasted fantastic, but it did detract slightly from the initial 'wow' factor. Overall, it was a good value for the quality, and I'd consider them again for corporate gifts.

Consistently great chocolates

This was my third time ordering from Carian's Bistro, and they're just so reliable. I previously got the Dark Chocolate Collection and some Milk Chocolate Truffles, and this time I went with the Assorted Chocolate Gift Box. Every order has been spot on. The chocolates always arrive fresh, and the packaging is usually very nice. I appreciate that the quality hasn't dipped at all over time, which you sometimes see with other online stores. That consistency is why I keep coming back for gifts and even just for myself sometimes. Shipping was quick again, and everything was well-protected.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered a Praline Gift Set for my aunt's birthday. The ordering process on the website was quite smooth; I found what I wanted quickly and checkout was straightforward. Delivery took about five business days, which was within their estimated window, but the package arrived a little dented on one corner. Thankfully, the chocolates inside, especially the Hazelnut Pralines, were perfectly intact and tasted fresh. I reached out to customer support about the packaging, and they responded within a day, apologizing and offering a small credit for a future purchase, which I thought was a nice gesture. The quality of the chocolates themselves was excellent, very rich and not overly sweet. My aunt really enjoyed them. The usability of their site was good, but better packaging could prevent minor issues like mine.

Got some Fruit Filled Chocolates

I wanted something different, so I grabbed some Fruit Filled Chocolates from Carian's Bistro. They were pretty good, not too sweet which I liked. The delivery was quicker than I thought it'd be, which was cool. The box looked nice enough, too. No complaints really, just a straightforward good experience getting some treats.
